In our products we use unique technology ‘AirCond’, a system of knitting together suitable materials for the high functionality of products, together with water-repellent hydrophobic materials (moisture repellent), such as polypropylene or polyester yarns or fibres which are used for the sole and bottom side parts of socks.

AIRCOND

A group of Lasting Sport personnel engaged in manufacturing processes has developed a new system of mesh knitting, ‘AirCond’, that forms lots of small drainage channels in the sock. This revolutionary technique provides for air circulation and transport of moisture away from the skin.

HARDTECH

A specialist manufacturing technique that forms a three-layer protective cushioning all over the sock. The thickest parts of the sock are reinforced with an added layer of material.

TRANSPRO

A process resulting in a light-weight sock of fine yarn and elastic. Parts of the heel, Achilles tendon, sole and toe are reinforced with a plush layer.

TRANSFOR

A manufacturing process that creates a plush surface and makes it possible to use the socks all year round.
